Linda's Farm entertain the crowds at the Mountain Ash Open Air Festival which was organised and promoted by Bryn Williams. The local paper gave the gig the thumbs up, and suggested it become an annual event
Band members Carl and Jono (foreground) have a natter with folk outfit Solstice at this years Battle of the Bands competition held in Gofilan near Abergavenny.
Despite the organisers messing up the boys sound check, and Carl getting no foldback in his monitors, Linda's Farm still managed to play a great set. Loads of people in the audience agreed with me that they were very hard done by, and should have won.
A marvellous day could have been had by all, had it not been for poor organisation and bad judging.

Exceptional lead guitarist Dafydd "Baby Face" Davies is the Farm's latest recruit replacing original member Terry Jones who's decided to retire from show biz to spend more time with his family. All the best Terry!
Dafydd has played with top local cabaret bands Sparkling Wine, Coffee & Cream, and most recently The Rhys Butler Experience. Dafydd has also recorded a demo of his own music.
Dafydd's hobby is collecting vinyl, and he’s got an original signed copy of Lindisfarne's album "Dingly Dell
